Terry Burns here, owner of Golden Gate to Wealth. We have just completed our first month with GGTW and I wanted to take a moment to update you on our first 30 days progress.

First, I want you to know that I am totally open with all my members about my programs. I have been told that I am too honest for this business. That I should not disclose everything I do or I need to Hype up the promotions more, etc.

Well one of the reasons why I started my own programs was because I was tired of all the lies, non realistic hype and lack of communication.

So having said that I am going to give you the facts about our first 30 days in business at GGTW. Now Listen Up!

I am sharing this info with you because you are also OWNERS IN GOLDEN GATE TO WEALTH!

Why would I say that ?

First of all, we all are building the same company matrix. How each of us performs in this business effects the others. Therefore to be successful we have to work as a team. A team of like minded Business Partners!

And second, GGTW shares a large portion of the company profits with you. As my business partners I give you shares in our company revenue pool. This is like owning stock in GGTW.

We did have a large amount of subscription cancellations after the first 30 days. That was to be expected. Many people joined and did nothing and expected their matrix to be filled in a couple of weeks. Or they decided that GGTW just wasn't for them. Nothing unusual with a brand new company.

But those members that have remained with GGTW truly see the potential of the future and see that this is a long term residual business and not a "Get Rich Scheme" which by the way does not exist.

An Online Business is just that, a business. But where an offline business can cost you many thousands of dollars and not see a profit in a year or more, you can get started online for around $60 or less and be in profit quickly with some commitment.

We currently have 460 members and 161 of those members are still in their 14 day f r e e trial. We have paid out $10,386.25 to our members and we have $3,944.00 in our company revenue bonus pool that will be paid out on September 1st. Obviously that amount will be larger by then.

Our team advertising co-op has driven 50,206 hits to our co-op members referral links. And after only 30 days our Alexa Ranking out of the millions and millions of websites all over the world is at 153,849.

So as you see, although we did have alot of subscriptions cancelled after the first month, it was a productive month and a very good start to our company.

In retrospect, the timing of our launch probably wasn't the greatest. Not only was it the slowest time of the year for Internet Marketing but it also was around the same time as AutoXTen and OneX launched which was huge competition.

But the good thing is that we had that first month to get things rolling, learn the GGTW system and now we are ready to capitalize on the upcoming months which is the busiest time in Internet Marketing.

I have some exciting news to tell you that I think will resolve the issues we have had with the growth of Golden Gate to Wealth!

First I will let you know about the changes and then how we will roll the changes out to you.

The 2 biggest issues we have had communicated to us is that it was taking too long to get downline spillover from our company forced matrix and having to make the monthly payment while not being in profit.

I think these changes will help to resolve both of these issues.

1. We are changing the company forced matrix from a 3x7 matrix to a 2x10 matrix. Only going two wide will increase the spillover much quicker.

2. There will now only be one membership level. It will be $39.95 the first month and then only $9.95 a month after that. (Do not worry, if you are a current paid member you will not have to pay $39.95).

3. Out of the first month's payment, $15 will be paid out to the sponsor as a fast start referral bonus and $15 will go into our Company Revenue Bonus Pool. The other $9.95 will go into the matrix pay.

4. You will earn matrix pay from any downline members that fall into your matrix every month and will also receive a share in the company revenue bonus pool every month. The revenue money for the pool will now only come from new member signups each month and new members will start to earn that money after their 2nd subscription payment. It will still be paid on the 1st of each month.

5. You will be paid a $1 per person down all 10 levels every month on all active members in your matrix no matter who referred them.

6. There will no longer be any matching bonuses.

7. With only a $9.95 monthly payment you will be in profit with 10 people in your downline or if you just refer one person a month and receive the $15 referral bonus you will be in profit that month.

8. We are lowering the minimum withdrawal amount from $25 to $10

9. We will soon be releasing a Feeder program for GGTW that will help people get the funds quickly to pay their first month into GGTW.

I have disabled the join buttons temporary while the programmer makes the changes. I also will need to reword the site text and make changes to our capture pages and other marketing resources.

VERY IMPORTANT!! I need each of you to go to your Alert Pay account and cancel your subscription to Golden Gate to Wealth. Also if you are in the co-op cancel that subscription as well.

When we are ready to re launch I wills end you your payment link to setup your $9.95 monthly subscription if you are a current paid member. If you are not currently a paid member you will pay the $39.95 membership fee to get started under your sponsor by upgrading your account.

We will be paying out the company revenue shares on October 1st as usual.

Obviously if you no longer want to be a member of GGTW all you have to do is unsubscribe and you will not receive any further emails. However I am sure you will agree that with these changes we will see GGTW become the great income opportunity that we all envisioned when we started.

We are very close to being able to re launch Golden gate to Wealth. We are waiting for Alert Pay to resolve their credit card processing issues.

Once we relaunch you will be issued a special payment link that you will use to setup your new subscription and re instate your current position in GGTW. This is great for you as we only have 157 members right now and all those may not re join. So you are at the very top of this launch and we expect to have much more success with the new structure.

Members will now have the opportunity to join GGTW for $39.95 the first month and then $9.95 a month after that. (There is a $2 Alert Pay fee added to this).

Or they can join the Feeder Program for $11 and cycle the company forced 2X2 matrix and get their way paid into GGTW. Current and paid members can also join the Feeder if you want to help push new members through the feeder and into GGTW and you will earn $40 per cycle.

There are no free re entries but you can have as many positions as you want to purchase.

Your referrals will join GGTW under you as a f.ree member prior to joining the Feeder Program so when they cycle the Feeder and are upgraded in GGTW you will be paid the $15 Fast Start Bonus!

Just a quick note that we are still waiting for Alert Pay to resolve their credit card issues so we can re launch Golden Gate to Wealth. I have looked at other payment processors but we have not been able to find a source that works best for our members and our program.

I have heard from a source that Alert Pay plans to be accepting credit cards again on November 26th. But do not quote me on this as it is 2nd hand information.

The good news is that it looks like they are getting closer.

Just a reminder on the new and exciting changes to GGTW. It will now be a first month cost of $39.95 to join GGTW and then $9.95 a month after that. As a current member of GGTW you will not be paying the $39.95, you will be setting up your $9.95 subscription to get started again.

You will be renewed to your current position in the matrix. You will be given a certain length of time to renew before we compress the matrix of non paid members.

All new members that you refer to GGTW will pay you a $15 fast start bonus and $15 will go into the monthly company revenue bonus pool.

Our new matrix is a 2X10 company forced matrix so the spillover will happen quicker than before.

And for those that do not have the $40 to join we will have a 2x2 feeder program for a one time $11 that will pay their way into GGTW under you.
