Hyip And Non-hyip..

Hello,

What is your definition to a HYIP and non-HYIP. Basically, I assume any program that pays a return of 1% is the same like paying a return of 20% --regardless of what method is used to run that site, ponzi or real investment--

I assume 1% interest is still considered high-yield. So I wanted to know how do you define a HYIP and a NON-HYIP program? Just by looking at payout rates?

I am confused, as I see similar programs posted in both sections of MMG forums.

I am in the process of developing an investment program based on forex trading. And I've chosen my name already forexgroup.biz.. but after a recent search on Google, I discovered it was a scam program. However, I didn't know anything of domain history at time of registering.
