The Current Compensation Plan for

The BASIC Package Setup Fee: $69.95

This Package allows qualified (3 personals for all 9 matrix levels) currently active members to earn commissions on all levels of the 3X9 Matrix as well as the Matching and Coded Bonuses.
The PROFESSIONAL PackageSetup Fee: $149.95
Monthly Fee: $99.95
This Package allows qualified (3 personals for all 9 matrix levels) currently active members to earn the MAXIMUM commissions on all levels of the 3X9 matrix, plus Matching and Coded Bonuses.
3X9 MATRIX PAYMENTS Basic Package Earns: $1.00 per level 1 through 9 levels.
Professional Package Earns: $2.00 per level, 1 through 5 levels.
$3.00 per level, 6 and 7
$4.00 per level, 8 and 9
QUALIFICATIONS for 3X9 MATRIX PAYMENTS You need 1 personal to earn on level 1 through to 3
You need 2 personals to earn on level 4 through to 6
You need 3 personals to earn on level 7 through to 9
If you have personally sponsored 1 e-Associate you will be paid on the 1st 3 levels of the 3 x 9 matrix ie
In the Basic Plan this is potentially $1 x 39 = $39
In the Professional Plan this is potentially $2 x 39 = $78
However in order to be paid $39 or $78 the other 38 members will need to come from spillover from your upline and/or be generated from your downline’s growth.
RANK AND QUALIFICATIONS Bronze requires 1 Active e-Associate
Silver requires 2 Active e-Associates
Gold requires 3 Active e-Associates
Diamond requires 3 Golds or 12 active e-Associates
Double Diamond requires 2 Diamonds or 20 active e-Associates
Triple Diamond requires 2 Double Diamonds or 25 active e-Associates
Diamond Elite requires 3 Triple Diamonds with $100,000 of monthly group volume
Executive Diamond requires 3 Diamond Elites with $250,000 of monthly group volume
GLOBAL BONUS POOLS: Distribution and Qualification Every month money goes into the 3 Different Pools ie the Diamond Pool, the Double Diamond Pool and the Triple Diamond Pool.
$3.00 is taken from the $39.95 of each e-Associate on the Basic Plan.
$7.50 is taken from the $99.95 of each e-Associate on the Professional Plan.
The total amount of money in each pool is then shared equally amongst the qualified members for each of the pools.
Qualifications: Diamond Bonus Pool: Personally enroll 12 active e-Associates OR develop 3 Gold e-Associates.
Double Diamond Bonus Pool: Personally enroll 20 active e-associates OR develop 2 Diamond e-Associates.

Leaders EQUITY BONUS POOL Distribution and Qualification The Global Verge Leaders Equity Bonus Pools offer a unique opportunity for individuals that are willing to achieve a level of excellence and consist of 2 Leaders Pools that are based on sharing the Net Corporate Profits of Global Verge (Based on Corporate Sales.)
Diamond Elite: Global Verge shall contribute 2% of the company net corporate profits to the Diamond Elite Leader Pool. To qualify you must produce and maintain three Triple Diamonds with $100,000 dollars of monthly group volume.
Executive Diamond: Global Verge shall contribute 3% of the company net corporate profits to the Executive Diamond Leader Pool. To qualify you must produce and maintain three Diamond Elites with $250,000 of monthly group volume.
The total amount of money in each pool is then shared equally amongst the qualified members for each of the pools.
MATCHING BONUS Distribution and Qualification Matching bonuses are based on the monthly income of all your personally referred e-Associates.
Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 12 active e-Associates OR develop 3 Gold e-Associates and earn 15% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.
Double Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 20 active e-Associates OR develop 2 Diamond e-Associates and earn 30% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.
Triple Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 25 active e-associates OR develop 2 Double Diamond e-Associates and earn 50% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.
SELLER COMMISSIONS Seller commissions can be earned on e-Associate and retail purchases. Seller commission will vary from product to product and is generated when a Global Verge product is sold. The seller will get the difference between the wholesale and retail price. Some commissions will be one time commissions for a one time purchase and others will be paid monthly upon payment received monthly.
UP-LINE COMMISSIONS The Coded Bonus is coded per product category.
A. 10% is paid into the Top Producers Pool
1. Diamond levels and above who also have sales in that product category.
2. Product category pool specific.
3. Top 20 Producers in each product category qualify.
B. 40% is paid as Matrix Payouts: This is paid evenly on the 9 upline levels by matrix placement.
C. 50% is paid as Coded Bonuses: All of the money paid out is divided in the following way:
1. The Enroller earns 30%
2. The 1st Qualified up-line Diamond earns 25%
3. The 1st Qualified up-line Double-Diamond earns 25%
4. The 1st Qualified up-line Triple-Diamond earns 20%
The Upline genealogy is permanently coded upon signup of each e-Associate. Once a particular E-Associate is coded to you for any of the above codes, all product sales are coded to you for life. The system will use the Enroller Tree and not the Placement Tree to find the qualified ranking levels. It is possible for a person to be qualified for more than one of the four coded payouts.
Example 1: If you enroll a new e-Associate and you are the rank Double Diamond, you would get coded to this new e-associate as their Enroller, Diamond and Double Diamond. Since you are not of Triple Diamond status this would be permanently coded to the next Triple Diamond above you following the Enroller Tree.
Example 2: If you are a Triple Diamond in rank and someone you enrolled (not a Diamond or higher in rank) signs up a new e-Associate, then that person would get coded as the Enroller and you would be coded as the Diamond, Double Diamond and Triple Diamond.
If you are coded to a person and are not active or no longer have the rank you were assigned the coded bonus for, then the monies for that bonus will not be paid that month (you can qualify the following month by attaining the previous ranking.)
