Personally, i really think that the 21th century war will be and only be about petrol.
Just recently, Reasearchers have found that the meltdown of arctica is going to open a new pathway to reach asia by boat (the only open pathway right now is the panama canal)
They also say that 2/3 of undiscovered petrol of the world is under those melting ice banks.

Don't you think that this is going to push countries like the USA and china to fight to get the right of passage and the petrol under it? I mean, this would cause terrible things on world economy...

hell no. looking at the current situation in Iraq, no undoubtedly resources like Oil are a driving factor. Of course there is still debate about if it is the only factor but for sure, its has something to do with our involvement

oil & gold is prime cause of war

All of the melting snow will cause salinity issues with the oceans and screw up the weather patterns. Ever wonder what keeps the oceans salty and why they are salty. When all of the ice starts to melt ( ice is not saltwater lol ) there will be serious imbalance issues in the oceans environment. We will be fighting wars over who gets to wear a coat because it is going to be really cold when our warm weather patterns are reversed
