Thinking About A Teambuild For A Program....need Feedback.

I'm looking for feedback from the membership. I am thinking
of having a teambuild; poss benefactor for a company called
WELA/SlimBerry. Here are some company facts first; then
some of my ideas. Please post what you think.


*The company is called Wela/SlimBerry.They are International
and the're about a year old.

*The product is a concentrated nutrition drop with several ingredients
that are well known.

*It cost $49.95 to get started. That includes 30 day supply of product,
business website, and complete marketing system. No additional
product purchases necessary. Even if you hit Crown in the company,
it will be $49.95.

*Comp plan is a binary, with matching bonus and profit share.

*10 Free Tour Takers from company when you sign up.

*We can purchase more tour takers from company for as little
as .80 cents apiece. We get paid on Tour Taker purchases too.
(I do like that Tour Takers's go into my downline and start getting their
position built. This allows me to send them an email and tell them how
many Tour Takers/Members are in their growing leg.)

*My GetResponse autoresponder links to their site and all the tour takers
I purchase go into my GR responder automatically. This allows me to
build Slimberry and my list at the same time.


The owners kept it simple...personally sponsor two and you're qualified for
the whole comp plan....no hoops to jump through.

I've been in WELA 3 weeks and I have 41 members as of today,
so it's growing pretty good from Spillover, Spillunder and my
own efforts. My downline has at least 2,000 more Tour Takers on order.


Ok, here are my three ideas:

First Option: Everyone needs to sponsor two and build two legs.
We could build one leg straight down putting one below another so everyone
would have 1 personally sponsored and 1 leg growing. Then each member
would only have to build their second leg straight down. They could do this
with the company Tour Takers or their own efforts.

My concern is the difficulty and impatience that most people would have in
building their second leg. But the Tour Takers would help.

Second Option: We build two by two so everyone sponsors their two.

My concern is after 3-4 levels down, it gets very difficult to get two personals
for everyone. We could buy Tour Takers to help the process.

Third Option: This would possibly go in the benefactor section. Anyone
who signs up under me will get spillover from me in one leg and I will take my
Fast Start Bonus and buy Tour Takers for your other leg. The company will
give you 10 TT's for signing up.

My concern is that people I help won't take the business serious. They won't
promote or buy tour takers to advance their business.


I know most times these things don't work, but some do for quite awhile.
Any comments, positive or negative will be considered.
