Well, I think that without LastPass I would be lost.

As simple as it may sound, I was thinking about this just today - about how much paper I must have saved by now by storing all receipts and other prints in digital format. The free program that I use to do it (which is worth it's weight in gold even though it's not exciting) is PDF995. You can get a copy at download_com.

It's literally saved me reams of paper (savin' some trees smile.gif, and space since I don't need to store it in file cabinets. It's great.

The free software I can't live without are:

For password management, Lastpass - I used to use Roboform but with the free version only allows a certain amount for 'autofill' use and it's information is stored on your computer. When you computer crashes, so does your list of passwords unless you save it on a thumb drive. With Lastpass, it's stored encrypted online and you can access it with multiple computers.

For graphic editing, GIMP.org. Has same capabilities as Photoshop. Great for editing pictures, especially for the latest craze Pinterest.

For lead generation, communication, and desktop sharing - Skype

Actually ... here's another one EVERYBODY needs to know about: http://www.ninite.com

it provides unattended install of all the things you just mentioned ... and so much more ... with a whole lot less mouse clicks then you normally would be pushing.

Well Roboform would have to be at the top until I switched to Firefox and it is not supported. I tried Last Pass but just did not like it as well for some reason.

Skype I use all the time

But I simply cannot live without something I came across 10 years ago called Magic Buttons, which cost $19. You can use it to put anything you type over and over on a button which you just click on to fill that info in anywhere such as ads. URL's, just about anything that you use over and over. I cannot live without this little simple tool.
