There is an old story. A river overflowed its banks and engulfed a neighborhood. A person went up to his roof where it was dry, but the water kept rising. A guy in a row boat went by and told him to jump in the boat. The guy refused saying, "God will save me." Then a larger ship went by and the captain said "I'll throw you a ladder, come aboard." "No," said the man, "God will rescue me." Then a helicopter went by landing on his roof, but the guy refused to board it. The waters rose above his roof, he drowned and angrily he said to God, "I counted on you to rescue me, and you let me drown." To which God said, "Didn't I send you a boat, a ship, and a helicopter to save you..."

I must attest to this, it is by far the greatest company on the planet. Not only we are already a household name and featured monthly on Dish Network channel 225 and 9206 but featured on many magazines cover to cover. Again in July 2011 "Success from Home". It has changed my life. There are so many people go to the same place every Monday morning they had just left Happy on Friday.If you invested $1,000,000,000 into this business who would you call to ask to be your partner? Broke minded people or successful open minded people? FHTM is a merger between Corporate America and Network Marketing and a 21st century distribution center. 40 pay raises in 10 years, 2 pay raises just last month. Think of this as a game, but not a game of chance, rather a game that you can orchestrate yourself and come out a winner! The only loser in this game is the quitter.

The traditional way this works for FHTM, after signing up with me, we work together to help you get 3 people under you. Then they get people under them to give you a total team of 13 including you. Upon getting your 13th person, that triggers a promotion for you to Regional Sales Manager which means you start getting paid from the company 1.5% residual income on customer bills + $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100+ $100 monthly.

The new payraise way is: for a higher monthly overhead cost ($259.99 instead of $99.99), all you need is one under you to start getting paid your $100+.

Now you build your Regional team by an additional 3 Reps to 16 Reps and get 3% residual income on customer bills + $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200+ $200 monthly.

Then there is Executive Sales Manager and National Sales Manager. Personally, my goal is to get myself 20 a month and not count on others beneath me, but that's just me- I'm a go-getter. Ask yourself, can you use this extra money each and every month consistently to pay bills for as long as you maintain the minimum number in your team? Do you think you can get just 3 people under you, and work with them to help them get 3 each? Just came back from a delightful meeting with a local Pastor who wants to sign up. His comment was, "Boy, how Network Marketing has really come a long way." Well, not all Network Marketing... just us. We are quite unusual. His cell phone plan is up, he wants to buy a new one, but this time, from himself; he wants to get Dish Network from himself and he'll get back $100 if he takes the 10pt. bundle; he wants to get his family involved in the company. He has some friends who are also Pastors who he will try to get signed up, and I will help him. When he is profitable while helping others, I too am profitable. The same thing with you all; I want you to be successful in this business, that way I too am successful and my Sponsor is successful- it's the way it works here. We all work together as a team, and it's a great feeling to know you are helping others and making money at the same time. If he makes enough money doing this, he won't have to receive a salary at his Church anymore just like some of our other members who are Pastors have done. Now I place our Pastor under one of my signups to help her out...
