QUOTE (2legit @ Feb 25 2009, 06:36 AM) To be honest with you I would stay away from robots. I mean there are some good ones out there but most will just end up wiping out your account. Hello traders, I have been trading for a near 2 years now and been a blessing so far. Just like many of you. I started hunting for the holy grail <aka> indicators that gives buy/sell with 0 loss. Soon, I found out that my trading statement is going no where, with messy charts and too many indicators to confirm. That causes the late signal trigger; minimizing my wins and maximizing my losses. Most of them are lagging. After reading many TA systems, books and LIVE trading, I have found out about there is no systems or indicators can really predict where the price will go. The importance of Money Mangement, General trend, Higher, High Higher Low, S & R and fib <for advance user> and most pro use minimal to none indicators at all. Using robot is not wise enough... QUOTE (saudiaa @ Feb 25 2009, 10:47 AM) then 2 legit, u tell me, if i were to join a broker and do it myself, wont I lose money? or is the robot more risky then myself? Unless you are willing to put in the time to learn how to trade it doesn't matter what market you trade, you will lose. It's like a soldier going to war, do they become a soldier one day and go to war the next? Of course they don't they get trained and they work there butt off because if they didn't they would get wiped out just like your Forex Account will if you don't prepare yourself. So if i was you i would slow down, the market will be there tomorrow and the next day so take advantage of that and formulate a plan. First i would go here BabyPips and go through the whole course (It's Free) and when you are finished bookmark it because you should read it again and again until you get it. Then i would open up a demo account and start to get used to using an online platform because there is nothing worse than losing money because you hit the wrong button (ouch, iv'e done it before!) I demo traded for around 3 months and then started trading a mini account with only $250 and in the next 6 months i blew my account up twice and it was the most valuable lesson that i have ever had, i was using to much of my account in each position and i was falling into a big trap, i would play the ranging market and then get stuck when it started trending. Fast forward around 2 years and i am only just starting to make consistent gains with a normal account, i am doing it fulltime and loving it, i have made every mistake under the sun but that seems to be what most traders go through, so what i am trying to say is be patient and read and learn and don't lose all your money while you are learning and stick with it. I have found that it doesn't matter what indicator's or what system you follow, none of them will work until you have the discipline to "Plan your Trade and Trade your Plan!" This is another great place Forex Factory where you will find a lot of great traders and a lot of info. Just remember once you learn how to trade it's a skill for life, so it may take you years but it will be very rewarding once you get there! Good Luck GP

Robots don't TEACH you HOW to trade. They teach you like a monkey how to watch for a red or green light. There is an online class at www.fxmadesimple.com that will actually teach you how to trade. They will teach you how to be responsible for your own trading. Skills a robot won't teach you.

Our company is dealing with Forex, also known as Foreign Exchange Market. It is the largest market in the world, even larger than all the market in the world combine together with the amount of USD $4,000,000,000,000 (4 Trillion) flowing up and down within a day. The reason is simple, all the investment market have one thing in common. All of them involve money or cash flow, which also means currency flow in all the investments. Which puts Forex above all of them combine together.
