I was attracted to Fonbet (www.fonbet.com) about a week ago because it accepts eGold. I made a deposit of about $200, and over the course of two or three days made about $500 in profit playing NL tables in their poker room.
When I went to log in the poker room about 2 days ago, my account balance was 0.00. On their website backoffice area, my balance was the correct balance of about $700. I no longer had access to my money.
I sent them some support tickets and e-mails which all take 12-24 hours for answers, and even when they answer I get things that are writen so poorly in English (it is based in Russia, I know), and things that simply don't make sense. I was told my account is undergoing authorization by Moneybookers administration and it was locked until it is done. Thing is, I don't use Moneybookers. I'm perfectly happy with eGold.
I was never told my account would be locked, nor given a time frame in which it would be unlocked. I'm simply hoping the problem is one of professionalism, and not one of fraud/scam.
As of right now my e-mails and support tickets asking for an update have gone unanswered.
I'll post here when I know more. I really hope these guys pull through, it seemed like a good and upcoming place.
