To get my refund -- why did the JACK OFF handle it? it should have , he should have had the lady who's email took the payment ...... but instead he put me through hell for like 4 days saying i was trying to EXTORT him for the $25.00 without a valid receipt & he told me March 7th he would send a cashiers check, then the next week someone from "BILLING" sent an email about PAYPAL , so when I questioned HIM at his flixsnow@gmail.com -- after sending and forwarding the receipt at least 10 times , I finally sent to 10 other emails of the upline who by the way had been bombarding me with emails everyday x 10 people so I told them to remove me , the idiot JACK OFF
jack johnson or the original person brandiberlynn@gmail.com named Brandi Montgomery FINALLY emailed me a REFUND receipt , this went on for 19 days???????? why???????? because HE IS A ONE MAN SHOW and an incompetent idiot .... and thus during my time of great anger and massive frustration, I started googling info about the con man , like the other guy said NOTHING
it's probably not even his name ...... and why would the "ABOUT US" page be the last thing he puts up??? he probably has nothing to say - nothing that is true anyway!

I believe that this jerk JACK Jackson got the idea of a flat rate from Magic Jack -- he probably thought he could just say he invented magic jack to build some cred to himself , but the magic jack is a devise you install once & use then renew annually --- the DVD and game rental biz has to have INVENTORY $$$$$, then facility & employee's to fulfill $$$$, and pay postage $$$ -- there is NO WAY $25 a year can cover all that overhead
It never made sense to me from the start but like most people i was in a 'wait to see' holding pattern

I know my friend who got so p.o.'d by that man paid her $25 feeling so much pressure from all those upline people emailing TO PAY

Well it will be very interesting to see how magic jack handles this -- am very sure a lawsuit is in order

I received my first movie today!

No kidding....still waiting for mine.

I'm not seeing much in the way of got paid or got my movies posts...!

Im stuck in Hawaii for another 2 weeks lol...had a hold put on my mail so im not sure if I recieved mine yet or not... but I have seen on a few blogs that movies are moving ... good sign

why did this thread get moved out of the mlm section to hybrid? It has a real product does it not? Its more mlm then most I see there...but please let me know if im missing something...confused...its noy a hybrid...why is it here? thanks

It is a rather long story, the gist of which is a new program was started in mlm and a mod or admin thought it was more appropriately a hyip and moved it there. Then one of the members started a whine and disruption campaign because other similar programs were left in mlm. The net result is that MMG made a new "hybrid" folder and stuck y'all in here...! My personal opinion was that the disruptive person should have been warned or shown the door, as that has happened to others for much less, but it's their railroad so they get to say how it's run.

No, it really isn't "a rather long story", but a short story. We made some category changes on the forum, we moved topics around into the new areas, some topics were missed or mis-categorized simply because we had a team working on it together. It takes quite a bit of reading & research to determine where each program should go, and each person may have a different opinion or understanding (misunderstanding) of how a particular program operates. Mistakes can be made, and I'm sure we're not done making them yet as we continue to rearrange the categories.

It had nothing to do with disruptive or whining members, or how they are dealt with on this forum.

I have moved it back to MLM.

LOL, is that anything like rearranging deck chai......... oops......oh, never mind...!
