I have been flipping websites since I was 13 years old.
I have flipped nearly all kinds of websites.

1. I have sold niche sites, where I would build a site, write a couple articles, rank the site on google, then flip them.
2. I have taken PLR products, uploaded it to a site, and then flip them. Cost = domain price
3. I have built proxy sites, sent a lot of traffic, and then sell them for "future expected revenue"
4. I have bought existing sites, placed better ads, made more money, and flipped them at a higher valuation.

Some advice: Using images of every stats on the page. And granting analytics access to your site is a MUST. Also, I would show remote desktop sharing to potential customers so they can see all ad revenue. I would usually just upload an excel file of revenue, and upload it to mediafire.

I have been on Flippa, and Sitepoint, and Digitalpoint - those are the 3 main places I used to Flip sites.

Website flipping seems very profitable business, I am quite new to this, sold just one site for $247 some weeks ago.

I have a question what do you mean by using PLR product building a site, is this just like affiliate site where you use templates provided by PLR product and then you build a list and sell site with the list?
