My Hyip

I am getting ready to unveil my HYIP. It's a real HYIP, not a ponzi or game. All money will be invested the program will not just collapse over time.

I will payout 1.0-1.4% daily for 200 days (seven days a week). I plan to do a prelaunch to get some base members and then open it up. Once I have about 100 members I will close it to the public until all funds have been successfully invested and I am prepared to handle more.

My dilemma is, should I offer a referral commission and if so, how much? Since this is not a ponzi, any money I pay out in commissions will come directly out of my cut. I think my cut will be about 0.1-0.8% of the total daily.

Since this will work a bit more like a private club than a standard HYIP, should I bother with a referral commission? I was thinking of offering 0% on the first two referrals and 3% past that. Does this make any sense?

I have been reading about how Alien trust is trying to conform to the SEC’s rules and I had an idea which might work.

Ad Buys include a number of credits and depending on how much you put in regulates how long you are paid to surf for. The SEC said that if people were doing the same about of surfing but getting paid different amounts, it's not ok.

What if rather than having to surf a different amount each day depending on how large your “Ad Buy” is (which can take a really long time if you invest a lot), you have a time length for getting paid to surf.

So let’s say my manual surf site says make 140% in 15 days, surfing 10 sites a day. The minimum “Ad Buy” is $5 and the maximum is $7000. Sounds like a regular surf right?

The difference is that the more you invest the more days you need to surf. Thus if you are earning more you are “working” more, just like the SEC requires.

Between $5 and $499 = View 10 Ads daily for two days.
Between $500 and $999 = View 10 Ads for three days.
Between $1000 and $1499 = View 10 Ads for four days.
Between $1500 and $1999 = View 10 Ads for five days.
Between $2000 and $2499 = View 10 Ads for six days.
Between $2500 and $2999 = View 10 Ads for seven days.
Between $3000 and $3499 = View 10 Ads for eight days.
Between $3500 and $3999 = View 10 Ads nine days.
Between $4000 and $4499 = View 10 Ads ten days.

Everyone will get paid after 15 days, whether they only were surfing for two days of for ten. One pays for a package including a “paid to surf” membership of a certain length and a number of “Ad Buy” credits. The credits are allocated to promote what ever the buyer wants, and the buy is paid for surfing if they surf while their account is upgraded to “paid to surf” mode.
