Does this team have any tools that are used to recruit BA's?
I heard mentioned on a call a building strategy called 3 by 25
and also 3 by 100 is this strategy one where you get 3 BA'S and they get 25 customers? can you explain this building strategy or provide a complete recording where it is explained?
last question { for now} what considered to be realistic values that can be used in the financial estimator?

Hi Hope. What we have found to be the best way to grow the Trivita business, starting at the highest level from Brian Wyrth, a Presidential Director in our upline who uses this strategy and makes 40K a month, and Cody Ramsey, directly under Bryan, who makes 20K a month, and participates routinely in our team's calls, is to get 100 customers as soon as possible. You have to have customers to grow this. Buy customers through Trivita's MAP system is easy and efficient, they are only $50 each and require no advertising.

Some people do nothing but buy tons of customers, there are people that have bought over 1,000 customers, although the max is 100 a month.

The preferred way is to try and refer a few BA's here and there over time, and keep building your personal customer base, at least to 100. Some people also are good at referring other customers, although everyone I work with, and me, find it cheaper and easier to just buy customers through MAP. Do remember that customers often refer customers and we get the same commission on them, 21%.

We will sign everyone up in this teambuild to get 2 BA's in the order they sign up, unless you have an outside relationship with this person and they have requested to come in under you. So that takes care of most of the issue of trying to get 3BA's. We also will assign people who want to come in at the lower $25 and $100 level to our team build in order of the list, this part will preferably be straight NIL, as opposed to loose NIL we are doing for those coming in at the higher levels. That will get everyone a 3rd BA. Do remember though that referring is not required to earn.

Most people that want to grow this quickly come in at the Complete Pack, which is $1750, and includes 25 customers. As you get BA's, they can join from the $25 -$1750 level and we encourage them to buy customers as soon as possible with the aim to get at least 100. You get bonus' for BA's as well. We earn 40% on first purchase of our personal customers, then 21% thereafter. You earn 10% on BA's customer's under you the first time, then 4% thereafter on your first tier of BA's. On the second tier of BA's under you, it is 7% instead of 4%. So our team build is great, because we will be working through all the tier's for everyone.

I do not know if the financial estimator will be changed or not, but the rule of thumb we use in our team, and what the whole Trivita company appears to be adopting, is to try for 100 customers and refer a few BA's here and there. If someone never gets a BA and just buys customers, the average annual return on your costs has been averaging between 35-45% over the year,, based on people in our team reviewing this that have been in for a while.

The financial estimator prefills at 15% - they do state it is not realistic to go above 40%. And states that 20%-40% is pretty typical - IF all those levels are filled. It takes a while to fill evenly, which is why we do not really refer people to that estimator - you may end up with more BA's with less customers, or less BA's with more customers, etc.

Trivita gives us all our websites that we are now allowed to advertise with, and two weeks ago started company wide opportunity calls and BA training calls, where they tell you ways to grow your business, on Tuesday evenings. Terry Newsome is the new National Sales Director and heads these calls. Do remember though, there are no referring requirements in Trivita to earn. We will work as a team here for all to get 2 BA's that come in at the Basic, $500 or Complete PAck, $1750. Any that want to join our team for the information on our team and the updates and emails we get from Mike Riedmiller, our team leader, on how to promote this to recruit BA's, can also do so at the $25 and $100 level, but we will not give people at these lower levels referrals, since these levels are not eligible for the bonus. It will give everyone a 3rd BA referral if you are in the team build with a complete or basic pack.

Our team's conference weekly calls are extremely helpful. I am also aware of our team emails.

There are many strategies out there. Our team's strategy is to reach 100 Customers via MAP or Personal as soon as possible.

Then if you recruit or refer any BA advise and help them do the same(100 customers).

Like Denise said this teambuild will help place two BA's under you in a loose NIL fashion.

An important thing to remember is that it is not massive action, but consistent action that is the key.

This is not a theory. Everything in this email has been proven many times. These are the basic steps that Bryan Wirth (Presidential Director), Cody Ramsey (2-Star Director) and many other successful people in TriVita have already done in order to build their business and earn a large residual income that pays them 5-figures monthly and 6-figures yearly.


If you haven't gotten the results that you wanted in the past, it's because you have not been doing all of these steps. Simply start to do the missing step(s) outlined here, and you will be on your way to Director and beyond. This will work whether you are brand new or have been involved for awhile.

Below is a detailed description of each "action" step. The key is to take action.

When you realize how simple this really is, there is nothing that will stop you.



Step 1: Set Your Goals

Setting goals, defining your dreams and having a written business plan is very important, even if you are working TriVita on a part–time basis like most people are. Many people who start their TriVita business never take the time to do this. The successful Business Affiliates in TriVita are the ones who do this.

There was a study done at Harvard Business School. The study was done over a 25 year period with 1,600 businesses. These were the results:

70% of the businesses in the study had no written or verbal goals or plan

27% of the businesses in the study had verbal goals or plans only

3% of the businesses in the study had written goals and plans

98% of the wealth was held by those 3% of the businesses in the study that had written goals and plans.
You can see from the results that when you have goals, dreams and a business plan, you automatically know where you are going and your chances of getting there are infinitely higher. If your goal is to be a Director, you will have a much better chance of reaching that goal if your plan includes all of these action steps described in this email to get there.

Be sure to put a date on your goals, dreams and plans. Review your goals on a regular basis. Modify your goals as needed. Your goals in six months will be different than they are now.

Your first goal should be to become a 1-Star Business Affiliate. After you accomplish this, your next goal should be to become a 2-Star Business Affiliate, and then a 3-Star Business Affiliate, etc.

This could be part of your goals:
Month One: 1-Star BA
Month Two: 2-Star BA
Month Three: 3-Star BA
Month Four: 4-Star BA
Month Five: Get closer to Director by continuing to follow these Four Steps
Month Six: Director

What is your goal for the number of customers that you are going to buy this month? Next month? This year?
What is your goal for the number of people that you are going to talk to about TriVita on a daily / weekly / monthly basis?
What is your goal for the number of people that you are going to sponsor this month? Next month? This year?

The four action steps listed are very simple, straightforward and powerful. This is the first one. If you follow these steps consistently, you can be a Director in the next six months or less. Just set it as a goal and take action.

Step 2: Buy 100 Customers or more

The business model that Bryan Wirth, Cody Ramsey and our team promotes and teaches is to buy 100 customers or more as soon as you can and refer people.

This is exactly what Bryan Wirth did. He bought over 100 customers and sponsored 12-15 people in his first year and promoted this same thing to his Business Affiliates (BA's). He was making $12,000 per month after one year. I doubt that he would have made this kind of money if he would have bought only 10 or 25 customers. In fact, if he would have bought 25 customers and promoted this, his income after a year would have probably been less than $3,000 monthly (instead of $12,000 monthly). He had a real plan and worked it. Bryan is now a Presidential Director and makes $40,000+ per month.

Cody Ramsey has bought more than 100 customers and has sponsored 23 people in 6 1/2 years. Cody is now a 2-Star Director and makes $20,000+ per month.

I have bought more than 100 customers and have sponsored 18 people in 11 months. I am now a 1-Star Director and am making a strong 4-figure monthly income.

Fred Gondzar has bought more than 100 customers and has sponsored 20 people in his first 10 months. Fred is now a Director and is also making a strong 4-figure monthly income.

Do you see a pattern here?

Buy 100 customers or more. This is the absolute BEST thing that you can do for your business. You can buy 4-100 customers monthly. I highly recommend that you buy customers on a regular basis whether that's 25 customers monthly or only 4 customers every other month.

Set a goal to get to 100 customers that you have bought in whatever time period works for you (one month, six months, a year). If a person buys 10 customers per month, they will get to 100 customers in 10 months. If a person buys only 8 customers per month, they will get to 100 customers in about one year. It's very difficult to ask other people to do this if you have not done it yourself. Plus it's the business model that has worked and continues to work for many successful people.

You can also increase the number of customers and Business Affiliates with the Gift Of Health (GOH): For only $10, you can have a 30 day supply of the B-12 product sent to somebody. This is at half of the regular cost with no shipping charge. You will want to make sure that they know it's coming so they expect it and will use it. If you want to increase your chances that somebody will make a product order from the company, you can pre-qualify a person before you set them up on the GOH. Try to set up people who are into health and wellness, who already take vitamins or may have interest in TriVita as a potential business. Or you could set people up like doctors, dentists, insurance agents... people who have a client base who also could give the Gift Of Health to their clients.

By giving the product your endorsement, you increase the chance that they will be receptive to it and use it. You may want to tell them how to use it by putting the tablet under their tongue so it absorbs into the bloomstream.

After you have put in the Gift Of Health order with TriVita, follow up with the person receiving it about 14 days later. Following up is very important since this will increase the chance that they make additional product orders and also know about the business model.

Your goal should be to have people make additional orders of either the B-12 product or other products after they receive the GOH. Everything from TriVita has a full 60 day money back guarantee so if they do try a product, they can return the empty bottle within 60 days for 100% of their money back so there is no risk. If a person makes additional orders, they will receive a catalog in the mail every month. They would now be a customer in your business which you acquired for only $10.

You can also tell them about TriVita's cooperative marketing model in which the company gets customers from TV and Radio Advertising. Inform them they can buy the lifetime commission rights to customers and TriVita will do all of the selling, shipping, marketing, follow up, etc. Try to have them listen to a Tuesday Night Info Call, the recorded call or set up a 3-way call. Show them your website and give them a Media Kit (Magazine and DVD). Be sure to follow up with them again as soon as you can. This is how you can get Business Affiliates signed up in your business.

Step 3: Refer People

Start to actively sponsor people. There are different options for people to choose from when joining. Even if they cannot afford the higher price choice, it's better to get them signed up and they can buy customers later. The bottom line goal is to sponsor many people, so give them all of their options and help them choose which level is best for them.

After you make the initial contact, be sure to follow up with people and use the business tools that are available to everyone on our team. These include the weekly Tuesday night info call. Make a written list of everybody that you know. Then you can decide later who you want to share TriVita with. The key is to get everyone's name on a written list. People from business opportunity leads that you have purchases
People who have responded to newspaper or magazine advertising that you have done
People who have responded to online advertising that you have done
Referrals from people - this is the same thing that your doctor does which is ask for referrals
Anybody that you spend money with
If you are in a store, take the business card of the workers at the store
Have a home party which you give out product samples

Contact people from adlandpro.com, craigslist.com and other online sites with ads from home business people

These are just some of the categories of people. There are many more. We all know over 1,000 people. Make a written list and continue to add to it. You won't be able to contact everyone on your list.

One of the most important things that you can remember is: One phone call to a person is more effective than sending them 100 emails. People respond to phone calls. It's still the best way to communicate.

If you think that you have already contacted everybody that you know about other businesses in the past, make a list of these people. You will probably find that it is only a fraction of all of the people that you know. Go back to these people and tell them about TriVita. Then make a list of everyone else that you know who you have not yet talked to about any business and contact some of them.

If you claim to not know anybody, then go meet somebody. Cody Ramsey and I met at a business event over a decade over. I am now a 1-Star Director in his business.

You can make contact with people online. I had exchanged emails with Fred Gondzar in the past but we had never spoken on the phone until the summer of 2007. Our initial contact was online. Fred is now a Director. Many other people on our team have come from online contacts from the past and new contacts that people are making.

There are so many different people that we already know and different ways to meet new people: friends, neighbors, relatives, co-workers, internet, advertising, referrals, and the list goes on and on.

One of the worst feelings that you could have is if somebody that you know would call you on the phone and tell you that they just joined TriVita, have purchased customers and sponsored several people in their first 30 days. People that you personally know will be joining TriVita in the future. Who do you want to sponsor the people that you know?

Step 4: Stay Informed

TriVita is a business that can pay you a large monthly residual income for many years to come. It's very important to keep updated about everything. There are always new things happening with both TriVita and our team. The people who listen to all of the live and/or recorded calls and read all of the email updates are the ones who have the fastest growing businesses.

Try to listen to all of the TriVita Tuesday night training calls, recruiting calls and webinars. Listen to our team calls that we have on some Saturday mornings. If you cannot listen to the live calls then be sure to listen to the recording.

Read every TriVita corporate email update that is sent out on Friday. Read every team email update that is sent out on Sunday.

Here is your "action plan" that you can start doing today:
1. Set your goals.
2. Put in your reservation to buy customers.
3. Start making your list and contacting people. Set some people up with the Gift Of Health.
4. Listen to all of the calls and read all of the emails so you can stay informed. Review this information on the regular basis.

Are you waiting for things to get better before moving ahead? If you're serious about success; you need to start taking action today. If you're waiting for things to be perfect, you'll wait forever and nothing will ever get done. The way to achieve is to bloom where you're planted, to do what you can, where you are, with what you have. It's easy to think up excuses for not taking action. "If only I had more hours in the day. If only I had a better job. If only I could meet the right person." But excuses won't bring you anything of value.

You've got to change your "if only" into an "I will." "I will make better use of my time. I will work on improving my career. I will create and nurture my relationships." Take a chance. Have faith in yourself. Your circumstances will improve when you make the effort to improve them. Start where you are right now. You have everything it takes to reach for whatever you desire. Stop wishing. Use your time, your energy, your thoughts and efforts to make it happen! You'll be glad you did!

The key is to take "action" today.

Please review this chart that was referred to in my earlier post releasing information from our team with Mike Riedmiller.

A BA with no BA's under them or with BA's under them needs to order $20 in product a month. You then are eligible to earn commissions on your customers and your BA's customers down 3 tiers by placing a $20 monthly product order.

A 1star BA has at least 1 BA under them, orders $50 in product a month ON AUTOSHIP, and can earn down 4 tiers.

A 2 star BA has at least 2 BA's under them, orders $100 in product a month ON AUTOSHP and can earn down 5 tiers AND must have a monthly TGV of 2,500 (which is the amount of points earned for products you buy, your customers buy, and points for new BA's joining under you)

A 3 star BA has at least 3BA's under them, orders $100 a month in product (we never have to order more than $100 a month) ON AUTOSHIP and can earn down 6 tiers AND must have a monthly TGV of 5,000.

I think that is enough for now, since we are just starting here. I am a 3 star BA. I have more than 3 BA's under me, this team build is just for the MMG BA's under me, but since I am new, do not have as many customers yet from BA's under me, etc., so find I am hitting the required 5,000 in TGV, but in May I was slightly lower than that. So I just ordered an extra $90 in product for the month to bring me to the required 5,000 TGV for the month of May. You can do that at various levels, or let yourself drop down to a 2starBA for that month. Your HIGHEST QUALIFYING RANK is what shows on your site, and your designation does not get lowered if you do not meet the requirements each month. However, I have run into people on the team, not under me, that forgot to put their order on AUTOSHIP, and missed out on higher level bonus' because of that. SO, please remember this, just call Trivita and get on autoship.

The reason you want to meet requirements for each BA level is twofold. As we all have been in Trivita longer, we will build down deeper in the tiers, and want to earn on all levels available to us. ALSO bonus levels increase. The bonus levels are detailed on trivita.net under the compensation tab. Your bonus' increase as you go up the BA path, and you earn monies on those underneath you as well.


If you join at the Basic or Complete pack, you will receive abou 5 Media packs you can distribute. When you need more, you can order them from Trivita, where there are occasional specials, or you can call Trivita and ask them to mail one for you to a prospect. Total cost, including mailing is approximately $7.00 a pack. I prefer to order my own, rather than have Trivita order them because I have Trivita business cards and a cover letter I attach when I send these. I also send a qualifying email to people who want one and if they do not respond, I do not send it. These are free to them, but not to us, so I do want to see some interest before mailing these out.

I will not give you the letter here on the forum, because we are trying to assist our team here grow, but if you join us I will be happy to share with you via email what I use. I have already shared this with Ken, Theresa and Ricardo.

Commissions can be direct deposit to your bank account, or you can be mailed checks twice a month. It is your choice.

It is not in the back office. You need only to fax a canceled check from your account to
TriVita Business Services Department at (480) 778-2992. This would be effective on the
next check after they receive your fax.

I have been having problems with my internet connection since Saturday morning. We have had very bad weather for a couple of days now, knocking me in and out of the internet fequently. It is still very slow today. MMG has been very difficult for me to access, I've been told this is an issue in general, not just with me.

Thank you for your PM. I have to say that that you are showing true leadership and support I was on the call and heard the focus of 3 x 25
how ever I agree that if one can do 3 x 100 in the long run you will profit greater after all the key to trivita is who has the most customers
in their organization makes the most money and that is a direct quote from Cody Ramsey who is a six figure earner

Trivita is a must join in my opinion the only question is what team to join with as there are a couple of groups with additional marketing
resources to help build Trivita but as upline support annadenise and really this whole team build at MMG is quite supportive and are doing great things
