Team MMG basically has 2 positions. (one for the main thread... one for the team build thread). Lots more money to be made with 2. I would do it if you are a heavy recruiter. I would promote your second position URL.

Edited to Say: I have not heard that 2 positions were not allowed at this time. I will update if this is not permitted.

Use keywords in titles (if you blog, squidoo or hubpage) and spinkle them throughout your writings.
