Hi everyone,

I recently tried to use one of the installation robots for fapturbo and have been having headaches over the fact that the customer support can't call me because i dont have a land line telephone.

Has anyone else had this issue? Solutions?

Is it difficult to try to just install it myself?

Yes, after i downloaded the program, they offered a robot to set up it. they made it seem like it would be complicated. However, because I dont have a land line telephone (nobody does anymore over here) the customers support people can't (or won't call) me. I just keep getting emails saying give us a new number.

hi, fapturbo does offer a installer for easier installation. but i just do not understand why you need a land line for them to call you for?

after you downloaded the fapturbo installer, the current version is 47, you just need to execute it, and follow the instructions, choose which metatrader (in case you have multiple metatrader installed) you would like your fapturbo install to, and click next, that's all.

restart your metatrader, you will see on the left, under expert advisor, fapturbo is there. drag it to the chart where you want fapturbo to trade and thats it. but for more details on setting the parameter and on which pair you should trade to, please read the guide provided

There also shouldn't a be a problem with calling you on a landline, in the 21st century everyone uses cell phones primarily and landlines are at least beginning to become a thing of the past. If you could email them you may be able to clear up the situation and get them to call you on your cell.

I don't even have a home phone, only my cellphone.

Try looking at the Fapturbo installation videos at youtube ...

I suggest that if you are trading any ea on real money accounts then you should use a VPS. This way if you loose connection then it will still be able to trade.

vps is definitely a must especially when you really get going/
