Got suspended?the ebullion account or the egold account was supsended?
If got suspend for exchange,you could get unblock.if got suspend for HYIP with egold account,it will be eternal blocked.

If you egold account block,call egold company first and ask them wether this account is eternal blocked or not.If they say "yes",it is impossible to unblock,if "no',you could remoe block by sent egold document.

If you ebullion accoutn block,email ebullion first and you will get reply with the requested document.You should ship them and call ebullion after the shipment is arrived.
