What can be wrong to inform you that your transaction is on hold and you that have contact AlertPay to release it?

You didn't read well. The customer's account has been suspended not ours smile.gif
Your transaction was reversed not refunded. Alertpay REVERSED the transaction and NOT Erachange. This is the email received from Alertpay.com:

I will tell you soon, they told me that my funds are in hold, i called alertpay and they told me that now it's ok. Now this exchanger is telling me that my funds still in hold. I am currently trying to call alerpay to ask them if it's true.

Hahahaha that what i was talking about this exchanger is a scam, they won't steal your money but they will raise problems that don't exists before with your alertpay while they keep the money for weeks to invest it on stuff like HYIP, etc... then they will refund it...
The poof ? look at how they asked me (in forum and email) to fix my problem for 15 days, even yesterday they told me : "Please contact Alertpay and fix your problem with them", they never said : "man, we won't process your order because it's too risky", NO because if they do this you will ask them to refund your money, but they want to keep it as long as possible to invest it on HYIP and make money with it, so they just give you hope and tell you go and fix your problem without tellling at any moment that they decided that they won't send your money.
