I am waiting on an exchange since 6-10-11. It was supposed to be "same day" transaction. I have sent several emails to them with no reply. My order # C5580_110610. Very disappointed with their service!!!

I decided to exchange AlertPay to LibertyReserve couple of months ago. home page states that exchange AP to LR within 2-3 business days. fifty days passed and no news from you and no money on my LR account. I tried contact in different ways, support is silent, live chat operator is always offline. even emails are returned with delivery failure. Looks dead!
I did registration in forum here where I hope to get response from admin. I see admin here posting frequently ..

So I sent in a ticket to AlertPay's general support this past week, just asking why our exchange orders are not being fulfilled by erachange.com Their resolutions department responds with the following, strange???: If you have paid for a good or service that was not provided to you, you may file a transaction dispute. Before filing a dispute, please contact the seller and attempt to resolve the issue as most disputes can be resolved with proper communication. To contact the seller, you can locate their email address in your transaction "Activity". Their email address should appear as where the payment was sent. Some sellers might also provide you with their phone number. If you are unable to resolve the dispute in this manner and there is no co-operation on the seller’s behalf, you can file a claim in AlertPay's Help Desk. Please note that you may only dispute a transaction up to 30 days after the date of the transaction. You may initiate your dispute by visiting https://helpdesk.alertpay.com/ and sending us a support ticket. Select "Transaction Dispute" from the ticket categories and be sure to include the following information:
