We just found out that the virtual Visa Card issuer Entropay is no longer accepted in Sony’s PlayStation Network. Sucks, right? That means that unless you have a US credit card, you can not avail yourself of a copy of Qore, or pretty much anything else.
SgtBeano of the PlayStation Europe forums received the bad news from EntroPay themselves when he attempted to buy a Qore online. Here’s what the letter said:
We apologise for the inconvenience. Although our cards accepted by a vast majority of online merchants, please note Playstation has changed their payment mechanism and is unable to process payments with prepaid cards. Any pre-authorisations you have should be refunded within 6 working days. Should you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q: Who can open an EntroPay account?
A: Anyone over 18 years of age who owns a personal credit or debit card can open an EntroPay Account.
Q: How do I fund my EntroPay account?
A: Your EntroPay Account is funded with your regular credit or debit card. You are in fact loading funds directly onto an EntroPay Virtual VISA Card. Once you open an account, you will automatically have a ‘Default EntroPay Virtual Card’ but you can create more cards later on and choose which card to load funds on to.Money Guru
Entropay is a quite smart way to pay online cause no one will know your real credit card number by using it. But it’s not so widely accepted by online merchants as claimed on their website. To open an account with Entropay, you need to send some files of your ID & credit card to their company and I think this is quite inconvenient for people who live outside of UK.More info about prepaid virtual visa card
