Hi all, i like to find out if any STP users experienced this before.

I did a withdrawal from STP and a few days later the status was changed from pending to completed.
I even recieved an email from STP saying that my withdrawal request has been completed.
But the strange thing is the the funds are nowhere in my bank.

Based on my past STP withdrawals, money actually reaches my bank account before STP sends confirmation email.

Have anyone experience this or have have a logical explanation for this?
Or should I wait for few more days before sending help ticket to STP?

Thanks!

Yes many of us experienced this. Here is what their support said:

"We are so sorry for the unexpected delay on your ACH transfer. We discovered from our ACH provider that files submitted to them failed and that all ACH transfers through them (not just us, all their clients) are on hold until they can discover the issue. This has put all our bank transfers in a very long delay. After our server issues, having any delays is like pouring salt on the wound! As soon as we are advised, we will be resubmitting all requests ASAP. Your patience is extremely appreciated. If you like, we can send your funds via wire to avoid any further delays. If this is your wish, please email payments@solidtrustpay.com and make the request.
