I am Admin for Firstrustraders and I had 23 accounts get blocked, one totally locked out and two blocked, the main account was my own fault I had an issue with my email host and deleted an email and went to log on to egold from my Firefox browser and it generated a pin that I couldn't retrieve. This one was my fault.
Now the reason they told me why they block accounts is because when you first create an account with them it stores your information, If you create another account and the slightest thing is different they will block it out, One account I had used my cell phone number because thats the phone i use all the time , i hardly ever use the house phone, just force of habit, they blocked the account, The other account they blocked because when i was creating it I was in a hurry trying to get it created and on my site and put 23 for house number instead of 33, they blocked it.
If I had not emailed them about getting access to my first account cause of the email issue I would have never known because she said they wont call you on a blocked account.
So there you have it, this is what she told me and I fixed my accounts and they aren't blocked anymore.
