I sell LR at 1.45 US time
send them mail requiring that I want all in EURO at 1.52 US time
they complete transfer at 2.06 US Time

this shows ebuygold is fast, and doesn't care about customers

if they see two orders from same customer ..they need to know that for customer is better if he receive one transfer

but no they see 2 fees ...and probably tought ...who cares for dumb customer ..he probably don't know how much he send eather ...

to make things worse ..ABN AMRO charges extra 20.05 per transfer
so after all ebuygold fees(bank fee included ), they send 635 USD and I receive 604.5

this will happen with my Euro transfer also

when I receive both I will make screenshot and email it to you

bottom line is that I lost about 40 Euro because they didnt think what is better for me !!!!!

As we've said in our last posing, we do apologize for this matter.

We've learnt a lesson from this matter. this would remind us always and forever that we should pay much attention on and care seriously about two orders or above forged by one customer in a time. We’ll act upon receiving customer’s instructions on how to deal with those orders, separately or together? Because sometimes, the sooner the worse. We didn't mean and we'll don't mean to cause any loss to our customers.

We care about our customers deeply. We care about you and every customer. The mistake was caused by the goodwill that we wanted to send the wires out before the online banking off working.

We appreciate your understanding anf forgiveness on this matter. We promise our customer this condition would never happern.

It's sure there are no promoters here. This is a place the customers express their feelings of doing business with EBG, good or bad. This forum is a way to improve EBG service. What the customer need is what EBG does and will do.

I made my second purchase to EBG yesterday, and I just remembered to update my order status (my point is we all make mistakes). I want to say I'm so happy I found EBG. The service is prompt and secure. I also want to say how grateful I am to EBG as before finding them I didn't get involved in some of the wonderful opportunities I'm in now as I had some pretty bad exchage experiences before. It's sad to say if a program only took LR I wouldn't want to get involved. Now I'm so happy because that is no longer a problem. I'm experiencing far greater success and I have EBG to thank for it.
