My second transaction with EBG. First I buyed and some days after sell egold via MG, and both times EBG gave me an excellent and incredibly fast service. Higly recomended. Thank you very much EBG.

Hi. I'm posting this for a friend of mine that asked me to so he doesn't have to sign up just to do so. Order Number: EBG1002375 He said he emailed you RIGHT after the order went through to tell you to cancel the order and put it back into his egold. Something's up with his ebull acct. His order has been pending for like 3 days and he's sent about 5 emails with no reply. Could you check on this for him. Thanks. I've used you and I like you. I hope that continues  Amit

Uh oh guys. This is NOT good...here is the email my friend showed me that he sent to you...
WHY?? I have spent the last 3 (THREE) days sending you multiple emails with: CANCEL ORDER EBG1002375, or IMPORTANT: CANCEL ORDER EBG1002375
And after THREE days you continue to send it??? Why. Doesn't anyone read emails there???
Now I have 3200 in ebullion that I can't access.
This is absolutely TERRIBLE service. THREE DAYS you had of me screaming to you!!!

I regret that EBG reply you late for weekend holiday.EBG company work from Modnay to Friday. EBG processor process EBG1002375 with holder's EBG register account.For EBG customer,EBG request its customer to change there egold or ebullion account if they are account was block or orthers when exchange with EBG. EBG processor process order EBG1002375 with holder register information without seeing your friends email,sorry. EBG has contact ebullion company for this remittance. Beside,EBG staff get your friend email and said that his ebullion account was block,so,your friend could contact ebullion to remove block from his account too. Bestregard

Now,i don't know whether your account blocked or not?you said it is block in last email,so,please reply this question:your account it is block or hacked by others?
2)And if you're telling me I can change it ahead of time, should I have just left me eb account number blank or something?
EBG Answer:Yes,you could left your eb account blank or change it.This funcion is for people change account urgently whose account blocked or with any accidental reason.Then EBG processor deal with order with it.
3)you guys had 3 daysof me sending emails to tell me what to do. For that it is unexcusable
EBG Answer:EBG work from GMT 1:00-10:00 Monday to Friday.No EBG staff work for your email for the holdiay,sorry.
4)EBG emailed ebullion company justt now and ask would phone them in the evening for this thing and your are strongly recommend to phone ebulion to block your account first too for release lose if your account is hacked.
