1) Group Development Bonus (GDB)
With effect from 1st June 2011, your monthly sales will no longer be flushed completely. All sales up to a maximum of 5,000 CPS from both groups will be carried forward to the following month.

MEMO MP1104 – Special Promotion (July)
Dear Shareholders,
To give you competitive edge in expanding your business, the company has decided to implement the following benefits:
1) Group Development Bonus (GDB)
With effect from 1st July 2011, pairing criteria for GDB will be reduced from 5,000 CPS to 2,000 CPS till further notice.
All sales up to a maximum of 2,000 CPS from both groups will be carried forward to the following month.
2) Direct Sponsor Bonus (DSB)
With effect from 1st July 2011, you will be given an option to decide on how you wish to receive your DSB.
Option 1: To receive CPSP – A one-time bonus will be given out based on 10% of the investment amount you sponsored.
Option 2: To receive CPS - 10% of the investment amount you sponsored will be credited into your CPS account. You will be receiving monthly dividend until company’s IPO.
Example:
If you sponsor 50,000cps, Option 1: You will receive 5,000 CPSP (Convertible to e-cash) Option 2: You will receive 5,000 CPS (Dividend of 10gram of gold monthly)
3) With effect from 1st July 2011, Withdrawal fee / Gold redemption fee will be reduced to 2% from the current 5%.
4) Increment of Paper Gold Trading Margin by 3 times will be extended till further notice.
5) In the month of July 2011, all investments made before the 11th will be eligible for their monthly dividend in the same month. Investments made from 11th onwards, will receive their monthly dividend in the following month.

1) Convertible Preference Share (CPS) Price - From 1st September 2011 onwards, Price of CPS will increase from the current USD 0.75 to USD 0.80. Please make use of the current discounted price privilege to purchase more CPS before the price increment. 2) Group Development Bonus (GDB) Promotion – Reduction of pairing bonus criteria from 5000 CPS to 2000 CPS (which was announced in July) will officially end on 30th September 2011. Dear Shareholders,
Due to previous upgrading of our server, management have decided to extend dividend cut-off date for the month of July 2011 to 10th August 2011.
Shareholders, whom invest by 10th August 2011 23.59 pm (server time), are also entitled to receive their dividends on 15th August 2011. Investment made from 11th August 2011 onwards, will receive their monthly dividend in the following month.
