Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

They can hold on purchasing tokens so they can lock in their early spot in the matrix while they are gathering extra funds later to purchase the tokens. I signed up this afternoon, about 5 hours ago and still have not gotten a link email. If I try to log in, it comes up error. I asked them to RESEND the link email to me about 4 hours ago and still have gotten NO email. I know my info is correct since I use autofill. (and I double checked everything). If I try to sign up again, it says that USER name is already taken. Does anyone know how long I should wait to get the email from them? Melodye
