You have to submit the dispute form and sign it. This is what I filled in. I bought a service from a company THROUGH Stormpay but didn't get the service. The company wanted to refund me but Stormpay froze that company's account so they can't refund me. You must tell them you had called and email Stormpay. Just attached an email from Stormpay. Once you've done one, your stormpay account is as good as gone. Why not wait a few days first to see whether Stormpay will refund the payments or not ...the limit on chargebacks is 60 days anyway. -------------------- Looking for a dive/travel buddy in Asia Pacific?
