Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.
Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.
Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Are they just paying referral commissions now? Yes, my AP withdrawal is pending too. 7 $104.50 $0.00 2012-03-24 Request Pending Alert Pay/xxxxxx Pending I read somewhere, they have a holding period of 7 days on AP funds. So the 7th day is due soon and i hope to get paid then. But all my LR and STP withdrawals have been caught up to date, except the ones i just made less than an hour ago. will update here on payments.
