I want the colors of vascoinvestment.com and the layout to look similar to goldpoll.com. This is for a monitoring site, so it needs to look EXTREMELY professional and high quality. The logo / design needs to be templatized and exported in HTML / PSD. I will require both the PSD for the logo / design / template and a preview of the work before the $$ is sent. I am willing to pay, but I have limited funds. Please contact me via AIM. Only GOOD web designers wanted! I won't tolerate 2nd hand / non-professionalism!
