Hi, I feel a bit lost and would like to have some questions cleared.

1. If I use a prepaid 5$ VCC to activate a new paypal account will it then be fully functional? Can I recieve payments from my ebay auktions and pay for other auctions with no limits?

2. Can I create a Liberty Reserve account with no real information as long as the e-mail adress is correct, and use that account with no restrictions? Can other people transfer unlimited LR funds to my account?
