Before, I believed CPA and Clickbank was only for people who have money to use in PPC advertising. Honestly, I was jealous to people who makes money because they know how to do it and do that and they have resources for advertising. When I got a referral who was earning $200/day in just one campaign, I was really wondering how he did it. There was no way to contact him of course so I studied hard. I knew he was using PPC.

That was the biggest challenge in my part. I brought him to this CPA program through my referral link and I said to my self I will not allow him to make money more than what I am making. In short, I had to work hard to surpass his earnings.....

I studied hard and focused on keyword research and got a very competitive keyword with 22,000 exact matches on google keyword tool. I got the .net domain. I created a blog, started posting with one campaign per post and around 200-word related articles per day. I did my best in SEO for 2 months and finally gave the site more than 7K of backlinks after 3 months. The site started earning $20, $40, $60 and upto $100 per day in the span of 4 months.

This beginning of the year brought me a personal breakthrough when my site placed on US Google 3rd and 5th on CA Google (I don't know why it is on 3rd page on Google UK). Though the traffic is not too high at around 600 orgaic per day, since December 28th (I believe this was the time my site appeared on google's 1st page), it is givng me a minimum of $230/day with a very high conversion rate due to targeted traffic from search engines.

I beat my referral without spending a dime on PPC. My investment - hard work, correct planning, and perseverance.

Now I am working on my second and third sites respectively following the same pattern on another niches.. Hope I can copy the same exact thing I did.....

To other people who are not making money yet, don't give-up.. work hard and ask questions here if you have any...... good luck to everyone of us...

It's funny you mentioned the search volume you targeted, my newest site get's around 25,000 exact searches a month, I'm getting a little more ambitious, but it's not ranked well yet. And I have an exact match .org domain, none of my competition is using keyword domains. Did you have to beat out any keyword domains?

If it took you only a few months, then that makes me feel alot better, but you did build ALOT of backlinks.

And you got some good referrals too, I'm trying to use my signature to get some referrals to the program I use. No success yet. But I keep plugging away.

People should stop thinking fast money and overnight success and start working for long term business in order to succeed..

Yes, it is so true what is said about the 'gurus'. Their plans and ideas don't work for the average Joe who doesn't have all the background knowledge of this business.

Great story man, and I hope it encourages some of the newbies to give it ago, but heed the phrase "I studied hard" well done to you for truly nothing is for nothing, your desire and ambition got you through and now you have a blue print to go into other niches and create multiple inccome streams, things will start to get exciting, well done
