Changing Domain Names?

I have a quick possibly nooby question. Is it posssible to change the name of a domain after it has been made?

Once purchased you can not return it unless you use the few registrars which allow refunds. The ones that allow refunds will still charge you a fee of around $1, and you are not guaranteed to get the refund all the time.

Interesting, thanks for the information. I never knew before that we can ask for a domain registration. So, how it works is that you cancel the name you registered and register a new name, isn't it?
