Yes there is spill over on every level.

For example when you cycle Level 1 and you get a third referral that causes spillover to your members or if your upline gets additional referrals.

When you are filling your Level 2 second level that also creates spillover to your members, etc.

I cycled the first matrix.. now on to second. I worked with Stros for many years now. He is a very dedicated team leader. Internet marketing is his livelyhood. Thanks bro!!

Spillover is a luxury and a bonus, you shouldn't bank on it.
Also it takes time to build a team of hundreds of members.
