Yes Stormy, the website and investment group is mine.

I have partnerships with local construction companies which are contracted to build the properties.

Well i think this is what we ever wanted.
I can't invest now but may be i can refer your company to my boss (RRL COMPANY OWNER) who's investing large amounts in real estate area.

Like 5% monthly profit is possible and i think real estate is a good business for generating guaranteed profit with safe investment and ofcourse with low level risk ratio.

Yes, you are right. The risk is low as the properties and land are getting more value year after year. Many people are moving to Florianopolis looking for quality of live, speacially foreign people. So they bring the $$ and prices are going up!

This is a unique opportunity and we decided to launch this investment group because we can not take advantage of all the local business opportunities that are appearing only using our current resources. So it is good to everybody.

I want to post that I am investing in this most definately.
I am in regular contact with Felipe and he is a gentle very visable person only interested in offering a strong REALISTIC VIABLE business.
I have had a fascination with Florianopolis for years now and to learn that Felipe constructs and sells new houses here fascinates me.
i also dream of having a second home thru CFIG some day.
I have been helping Felipe with grammer and some ideas including the name of the program and endorse CFIG wholeheartedly.
I know this is something we have all been looking for.
Look for many posts from me as I have been somewhat of a partner in this and hope to be a full partner and certainly can give a perspective as a well traveled American.(hint - there may eventually be real excellent rental bennefits for members here as it develops)

We have decided to invest in this, as we wanted to get involved in the first round of funding. We will let you know when we are paid for the first time . Keeping to the rules of our newsletter we will add this to our Newsletter as soon as it begins paying, and not before that.

We think that this is a very viable investment, and really want to support someone here at MMG that is trying to do the right thing.

I just invested more - really happy to have this and definately dream of one of these proporties tambem!!!
this is just the start!!!
There is much more to come.
wish i could come to surf with you felipe and see it all first hand this time in brazil but took some hits from wsa and the like.
i am rock solid confident in this and will definately support felipe all the way with more invests too as i have a whole bunch comin in soon in ITS (but feel safer and dreamier here)
