I personally still believe that EMO has paid in its area someone' envy. We have used them for a long time in the past without any problem, and how their eceivership was requested and applied is not so clear to us.

Different for StormPay, from wich often we suffered problems, like for PayPal, almost for a buisness vision truy different from the one Asianpay has. This anyway statede that staying on the Company side, it is almost true that Stormpay was forced to "the chargeback period" from government agencies and from Visa and MasterCard and that to apply that metod was not a sole decisions from the Company. Eventually their mistake was in allowing illegal businesses or better to say "considered ilegal businesses" (read autosurf) to run without a clear refund policy.

AsianPay Co. Ltd is a ruly shareholders managed compoany even if we have a Board of Directors, but what makes us different is our visions. All the people in our Companies are not business men, are not financial institutional investors, but just customers, people like you an me, with the aim to change the way the things are in this business. An because of this new vision our approach to the problems is always different from the one that a "only money oriented" Company would have.

Of course we work to make profit, no reason to deny it, but we work to make profit from our Business, not from our Customers.
