and more ip i got each time (may be proxy not real ip)

Remember that there is a big list of exchanger in LR website, where you can choose one and exchange your fund,
it is safer that contact another user that you dont know! I hope you can get your funds back, and maybe you should
inform LR customer service about this problem.
