Attention to any members (esp Singaporeans) who have their money stucked in Asianpay.com :
My egold has been stuck in their account for months without any reply. I have requested for a refund back.
If they are a legal business, they have to refund if services cannot be fulfilled.
I am giving them 3 more days before I complain to Singapore consumer organisation and Thailand associated authority as both of my country has a very good relationship.
This is an International Fraud as they have been requesting for investments via internet worldwide.
So I urged any members whose money has been stucked to reply here and post their stories.
I also advise that you do screenshots of all your transactions and membership account for evidence.
Regards Mcdonald

Regards Mcdonald What will we get if they close down? Will they be able to pay all the pending withdrawals? From my point of view, they are not trying to fraud us. If you read their latest email, they are trying their best to keep up their business and their promises. It is just that they are not able to keep their previous promise due to business and financial problem. If they were a scam, they would have run away or close down without any update or notice like most of the internet scammers are. We all know the issue with E-gold company and how low and how many exchangers have to close down due to low business. People just want to sell their egold and very few are still buying egold. So, it is understandable how low their income will be , hence low profit to pay us back. I believe they are trying their best and they are doing business with good intention. It is just that they are not in a good luck.

QUOTE(tajul @ Aug 15 2007, 09:12 AM) yeah...give them a few weeks to resolve. It has been two months since I sold TGE several thousand dollars in egold and I am still waiting to receive the wire transfer! They were supposed to be done clearing out the "last 20" transactions by SEP 21st, but obviously, it is now SEP 24th and I and who knows how many others are still waiting for the wire or the egold refund. Here was their SEP 1st update regarding the delayed transactions:"First of all we want to apologize on more time for the delay, and if you have emailed us in the last week for not answering back to you immediately. We was completing the cleaning of the past situation as much as possible and we was waiting to be able to send to you a clear reasonable answer. Including your transaction we have still only 20 Past Transactions to be completed. We will start to do that from Wednsday September 5th and we will complete it in 12 working days. Any transaction will be completed or refunded in full. For the few high amount transactions we will divide the payment in 2 or more times to make it faster for you and easier for us. Any change applied will be reflected in your history inside your account and you will receive an email from us notifying you of the changes. For any single payment provided to you, you will also receive a confirmation email from the system with the related batch number. This is the last step for us to fully clean TGE past problems. We have worked hard to come out from the financial problems, and as soon as your payment will be done, we hope you will appreciate our honest effort. We perfectly know that even if we can show that the problems were not due to our fault, you look at us and to our commitment. We hope that once these problems are fully solved you would like to test our new system and give us another chance to show professionality and honest business practice. It was a hard time from us since Egold Inc. problems started, and then also E-bullion practice has not helped us a lot. Despite any negative situation we have always faced the problems and paid the mistakes with our own money even if not for our own mistakes. Once again we want to warmly thank you for your patience, understanding and loyalty. For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@thailandgoldexchange.com Kind regards, TGE Support"Well... I did not hesitate to send an email to them asking where my money is once SEP 21st passed. Lets see if they respond.

CARLOS SORIO ASIAN PAY Warning FRAUD SCAM Ring / Gang Operation Thailand!! Check this out! http://kanitamo.com/carlossorioasianpaychi...leourmoney.html Many thanks for your email’s regarding Carlo Sorio, Joey Wellington, Corrado Prever, Supattra Charoenku, Juthamaht Tongsa and co partners, thieves, fraud and fellow scamsters, Carlo & AsianPay are currently under investigation by the Chiang Mai police in the province of Hang Dong district, we have already filed a report against them but the local police are finding it difficult understanding the nature of the crimes committed, but they have said that if ENOUGH people come forward and complain they will bring in the Thai DSI - a branch of the police dealing with fraud. The Thai Government Office of Consumer Protection. We contacted the DSI ourselves and they also said the same, that if enough people complain they will go in with full force and close the whole of the operation. They also said their was a new law passed last year which enables them to just walk into AsianPays office and seize computers etc without having to wait for a long drawn out court appearance’s involving lawyers etc … We suggest the first step you take is to telephone the local police station in Hang Dong, the more they keep hearing the name AsianPay the better, this would be best being done by a Thai wife, husband or friend. Even though their response will be that you should come down to Chiang Mai to personally file the report it all still helps for them suddenly having enough of hearing the name AsianPay and going in full force with warrants for arrest with further police that have knowledge of internet fraud / crime. The telephone numbers for the police at Hang Dong are; 053 – 441802 053 – 441800 053 - 441801 After scouring the internet I can not believe how many people are now posting complaints on them, please let us know if we are allowed to publish your complaint on our web site and how private you wish it to be? Key web sites / forums which may be of interest to you found at present are; http://kanitamo.com/carlossorioasianpaychi...leourmoney.html http://www.talkgold.com/forum/showthread.p...731#post2649731 http://hyipblog.nobshyip.net/2006/04/24/in...orio-asian-pay/ http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/Asian-Pay-an...ge-t172109.html http://tge-tic.subjectonline.com/forum.htm Please if you have time post on these forums and share your experiences and spread the word so the vermin will be quickly destroyed by their own actions, if you are aware of any other forum, web site’s or people that have been scammed by this scum please let us know? With best regards AsianPay FRAUD Investigation….
