I have bought on Flippa too...nice site however you have to watch out for sellers on this and other sites too. Make you can verify the earnings, that the site is not a duplicate being sold and the information is dummy information.

It doesn't make sense to buy a site if you have close it later.....make sure you truly check out what you are buying.
