I suggest you send them the things they requested via postal. Everything will be ok. MB do this for security reasons, no need to worry about.
my new account get lock for outgoing transfer after I send all my document several time to verification until now already 2 weeks still lock for my outgoing transfer no reply from MB. Now I have make complaint on their messaging center and I keep waiting and waiting for my account unlock
