Beank is a Dutch program, started in 2009. Only 21.000 policies are necessairy to start the program, at this moment there are only 4.900 policies left. So I expect the program starts in a few months, probably August or September.

The website www.beank.nl is also available in English and German, including pdf-files and back-office.

• Registration fee is € 75 ($ 105) per policy. No other costs.
• Payout is € 32.500 ($ 45.500) per policy. This money is transferred to a bankaccount which is blocked for the period of one year. After this year, the money is all yours.
• There is a maximum of 9 policies per person.
• No risk: you don't sign the policy until the policy has been paid. At the same time you sign the waiver. Also: if somehow the program will not succeed as planned, you will get your invested money back. To qualify for this guarantee, you have to sign up for at least 5 policies yourself OR you have at least three direct referrals. Everyone can achieve this status. More info on the website.
• Referral program: first line commission: € 1.250 ($ 1.750) per policy, second and third line commission: € 500 ($ 700) per policy. Besides, every three direct referrals gives you 1 extra free policy.
• Beank is a Dutch program, Beank Projects is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and has a real postaddress and office in the Netherlands.
• Participation from outside the Netherlands is possible, payments by banktransfer using IBAN number (more info on the website - FAQ).

There are several similar programs on the internet. Most of them are still in the first phase: the registration phase. A few have completed their registration phase, but did not pay out (yet). But I trust this one will work, for the reasons I mentioned earlier.
