A Reverse-Pension plan is simply a policy that pays you out now (once the membership goal is attained), rather than upon your retirement.

QUOTE (tibetan113 @ Mar 27 2012, 06:25 PM) If they do ever chose to go the 1099 route, I just surely hope they allow us to claim our expenses. "They" would be the IRS. They determine what can and cannot be claimed. On another note, I had my attorney read over the BB terms, and he made a few points. My main concern was being sued by people who lost money if I made money if it turns out BB is less than legal. That is called an "unjust compensation" claim, and he said it was possible but unlikely. He said the terms make it clear that we are independent contractors and the only thing BB could probably sue any of us for, if someone sues them, is if we misrepresent the company and/or program when we promote it. He did say to be aware, too, that one clause in the terms allows BB to change the terms as much as they want, whenever they want, without notice. Something to keep in mind.

This is good info but they are really sneaky already so it is to be expected.

QUOTE (jpfritztx @ Mar 31 2012, 03:46 PM) Well since I just created the campaign yesterday, me deleting it and starting another one would be moot. lol Its obvious they have a problem, but it doesn't sound like they are wanting to fix it that quickly. Which is odd since they say in most of the webinars how they are trying to get big companies to advertise with them. If your campaign system doesn't work, no more new clients for ads only.
hope it gets fixed quick. AS a new ad pub subscriber, this is not making them look good. JP Restarting is moot, they are not running. If you click on the edit campaign it will take you to a page that you can edit the campaign and it will ask you to re-enter your info. That will not delete the campaign you already have set up though it will basically have you set up another one. You will have to delete the campaign that you previously set up but it will give you your impressions back into your impressions bank. The only part of the advertising that is working right now, ha! If you click on only the banners and not the edit part it will take you to your banners for that campaign and they should still be there. Mine are and I just did it 3 times to make sure it was doing what it is supposed to be doing. If all you are clicking on is the word banners and not the edit and the banners you previously entered are not there then you have a problem you need to report to support. They'll just tell you to edit and do another campaign but maybe if enough people do it the message will eventually sink in, and no it is not making them look very good at all to advertise the banner advertising aspect and not do their due diligence to rectify this ongoing problem. Especially while telling everybody on the webinars that the advertising is working when it clearly is not. The panels are moving and that's great and enough for some people but others would like to get what they signed up for not just what they want to provide.
