Panels are not guaranteed to cap within their historical time frames. Y's 3 to 5 weeks, P's 4 to 6 weeks, B's 7 to 9 weeks, G's about 9 to 11, R's about 4 months and B's 6 months or more. I'm not sure if you're aware Omar but the terms cycling and doubling can get your account frozen if BB sees you using them in advertising or open conversation about BB on the internet, and they do monitor for compliance. So be careful. See your terms and conditions for other violations of service if you're not familiar with them. Good luck with your business. smile.gif

It sounds like you've given your account access to somebody you don't know that well. That is a mistake. If I'm reading that wrong then you would have had to have purchased those panels and you would know exactly what you got and why. If so you need to get back in control of it and let whomever explain to you why you need to do something, how you need to do it and alternative strategies. Otherwise you'll basically be a sales credit surrogate and be subject to waking up one day and not having access to your own account. Now what a mess that would be.

Can anyone help I''ve recently had my first blue panel cap but now my 2 comps haven't started and it won't let me take the impressions it says error this panel needs to be lock... but it's a comp you have no choice... plus I think this program might be coming to an end as everything is totally slowing down I'm waiting 8days for panels to move and their hardly going up anything

I cant tell his strategy unless I know what package, panels & traffic packs you got..... Moreover, are you learning it your self or he is managing your account?

Can someone tell me why live chat is always closed. I transferred money by Payza and it doesnt appear on my ewallet. Lateron I read that I should have a manual. Ok my mistake, but I cannot reach live chat,send a support ticket but no answer. I wonder why bb support is so lousy. And why can BB not fix this automaticly.
