It sounds like you've given your account access to somebody you don't know that well. That is a mistake. If I'm reading that wrong then you would have had to have purchased those panels and you would know exactly what you got and why. If so you need to get back in control of it and let whomever explain to you why you need to do something, how you need to do it and alternative strategies. Otherwise you'll basically be a sales credit surrogate and be subject to waking up one day and not having access to your own account.
