See title, this is my issue.
I hope someone at Payza (formerly AlertPay) notices this post.
My money left my bank account on May 3rd but still has not been credited to my account!
4-6 business days ...? They must have a ton of holidays in Canada around this time ...

Anyone have this problem as well?

I have sent in a second e-mail today to support@payza.com, exactly one week after my first e-mail.
Still awaiting their reply. 19 days and counting since I made the transfer.

Hmmmm, now I get an error message that this e-mail address does not exist ... so how do I get in touch with them?? I am not calling them on the phone from Europe.
Anyone know if they have Skype?

You best bet would be calling them!

They don't use Skype and don't get annoyed when u r on hold for over 1 hour!

I did a withdrawal from AP before they move to Payza and it was processed according to toss!

But i have a dispute open pending for over 20 days now as well as a support ticket for over 20 days as well!

Good Luck

I have always been a content customer of Alertpay as well, so this is unusual.
I was contacted by support and they asked for information that I had already entered in the support ticket form. I guess that info was not attached to the text of the ticket and I have suggested they look into that. I have sent the info again and hope things will be resolved soon.

I never quite understood how the support tickets system works in AlertPay. It looks like "Kayak", but there is no "central" place to look over the tickets, as if it was integrated "half-way". If the "ticket" email is gone, that's it, no trace of correspondence, as if they do it purposely.
Everything about AlertPay-Payza is weird lately.

My transfer has been pending for 3 weeks now. I have just forwarded my previous message to them, with all the info they asked me for.
This is taking way too long ...

Sorry to hear of your current problems with your pending deposit.

I have done hundreds of transactions thru this processor and have had ZERO issues. I even have an AlertPay CC and when doing withdraws they are usually completed within 24 HRS.

Again hope your situation is resolved quikly... clearly someone in the organization has dropped the ball with your deposit sad.gif

I have re-sent all my info again, urging them to release the funds to my Payza account. I have been waiting for over a month now ...

At long last my deposit was added today. I hope this was a one-time hiccup because it took almost 2 months !

The bank account you use to deposit money to Payza, is it located in USA or another country?

Does anybody know how to contact Payza? When it was Alertpay I was able to find a contact button, now I am not finding anyway to contact them. I tried using this address I found in this thread but my email was returned undeliverable- support@payza.com

The reason I am trying to contact them is I tried to do a bank transfer withdrawal, but got this message-

The following errors occurred

The bank account that you selected does not support withdrawal at this time.

I have done many bank transfers. Funny thing is, I am now seeing a message that check withdrawals are now 4.00, which I had to pay due to this.

Hi, I use a bank in the Netherlands, where I live.

The e-mail address for support is: supportdesk@payza.com but they have working ticket system now. I would use that. I did too and it worked eventually.

Good luck!
