Greetings,

AlterPay has blocked one of my accounts, without any reason or letter. Can you please tell me someone has the same problem?
Is it usual situation and they will return my account to me? Should I write them?

Well you better write to them and ask why (or maybe better call them) - maybe because you have more than one account -
who knows could be a trillion things - was it hacked perhaps, someone used another IP to log in?
