You can attempt to contact them by phone support. It's never good to hear about so many problems with a payment processor. Online payment processors should be quick & easy to use.

The majority of "problems", if you will, are generally related to a lack of understanding of how AlertPay works, or the time frames involved. We do our best to inform members of all the different time frames and follow-up support related questions in our Helpdesk, located at http://helpdesk.alertpay.com. While AlertPay is quick and easy to use, if people don't read the time frames we post when creating a deposit or withdrawal, then their expectations could be different from what is realistically achieved.

Now, if the information posted is unclear, then we would be glad to fix the communication issue if we're advised of it. Our goal is to make AlertPay as simple and efficient to use.

Furthermore, some members like to post many places in order to get immediate support for their issues; essentially jumping the line ahead of other members' inquiries.

In this case, the SpeedGTR's issue was resolved in the normal withdrawal delay of 3-5 business days, however the same issue was posted in a ticket (the correct way of resolving Customer Support inquiries), as well as our Developer's forum (incorrect) as well as various forums (incorrect).

Yes I totally agree as I have done several withdrawals with alertpay already and from my experience the time frame of withdrawal requests are not processed in the same time frame from one another. Some are processed immediately like within 3 business days and some takes 5 business days. Like now I have a withdrawal request which was completed last December 12th and its not in my bank but its okay because they take 3-5 business days as what is posted on there site. But of course after 5 business days and the funds are not yet on the account then thats the time you need to submit a trouble ticket.

Alertpaychris

Can you check my request as well its now 6th business day that is says completed but my bank account is not yet credited with the money. Please do check it for me. I sent a support ticket as well. I have done several withdrawals before and it only took 4 business days. But this one is over the limit of business days.

it depends on what type of withdrawal did you do..Bank transfer takes a week to appear on your bank depending on the country you are in and if alertpay is affiliated to your country..Check withdrawal is send via postal mail to your home address ( the address linked to your alertpay account)..For me, i always use of check withdrawal and it arrive to me almost 14 days waiting..I did already several withdrawal using check because i am in the Philippines and our country is not yet affiliated with Alertpay
