Alertpay are crooks. There office does not even exist from what I here.

What do you mean the office does not exist? This is certainly not an operation that runs out of a basement. Who are you listening to? What a silly comment to make.

Do not use alertpay, I have been scammed by them. They just locked my account for no reasons and never replied a single mail.

There is a reason behind the name !!!

Alertpay means that you MUST be always on the ALERT that your account will be locked anytime they like

People like you only like to speak about how it is everyone else's fault and never your own. Why not show a screenshot on your 'locked' account. It is never 'for no reasons'.

Since you're answering questions here and you say you're not working out of a basement,

why are you not listed in any Montreal phone books? I checked both White and Yellow pages

and you're not listed. I have been dealing with you for almost 2 years and admit, I have

never had a problem, but I have always wondered about this. I even did an address (5200 De

La Savanne) check and a bunch of businesses with this address show up, but not you.

You are actually located 20 mins. away from me. Maybe I should just pay you a visit.

Would I be welcomed? harhar.gif

I'm happy with AlertPay as well. They answer on phone..answer on email in max 2 business days ..Is ok
Only problem I had was that I've had to send my verification papers 3 times .. Everytime got declined as the guy from verif department couldnt read the address. I suggest ALP to hire somebody else with better glasses hahaa biggrin.gif

Anyway I'm still cool with them

Ive never had a problem either.....when i send funds by money order they are always in my account within 24hrs, usually less, i was verified within 24 hours, and received my first cheque in 1 business day which blew my mind!!
It seems those who have had problems were up to something shady or had done some shady dealings. The person who started this thread had his problem resolved and it taught him a lesson about exhanging funds with someone he doesnt know.
Whenever Ive called AP, they have always answered and provided the answers i needed.
I am a bit curious about Treebartts question about not being listed in the phone books, but since the phone number and address are on the website its not that big a deal to me. I know the phone number is accurate because ive called it, and i know the office address is real because ive sent money orders by courier and were signed for by reception.
Overall, excellent service!

Treebartt,

We aren't listed because we are a number of companies in the same place all owned by me. We never spoke to Yellowpages to clean that up. Besides we are an online business, and we really dont need to worry about our image in the yellowpages here.

If you are here in Montreal, then by all means, please DO visit us and put this debate to rest. We are there to service walkin clients also. We have a handful of people from all over the city who come to pick up their checks (withdrawals).

This offer is open to all members and future members of AlertPay. So anyone reading this is obviously welcome to stop by if you live in Montreal or just passing through. Do stop by and say Hi!.

Firoz

Thank you so much for your reply. Please don't think I was questioning your reliability, because I wasn't. I already posted above that I have been very happy with your company and never had any problems, but I was really just curious as to why you were
not listed in the Montreal directory. You have now appeased my curiosity.

And as to a visit, I may just take you up on that, because my last withdrawal check took over a week to arrive by mail, so it is obviously faster if I just come pick it up. And once I
do, I will be more than happy to post about it here, and the rest of the forums, for ALL the naysayers!

Thanks again, and welcome to MMG, btw!

I opened a Alertpay.com account and transfered from my germany bank account money to the Alertpay account (Bank: Werther Bank AG, Envoy Services Ltd, IBAN: DE37 4802 1900 0000 1241 84
SWIFT BIC: GENODEF1BVW)

and have NO FUNDS after 3 weeks!

I think I lost my money, beacause they do not replay on my 25+ phone calls or my 10+ emails!

I am already in contact with my lawer !

And I have told my bank to stop all transactions via my bank account or my credit card with Alertpay.

I would NOT trust this "company"!

I tried to withdraw money to my bank account 2 weeks ago and the withdrawal is listed as "completed" but no money has arrived in my bank account.

Will keep you posted.

I was telling a buddy of mine today how I went to make a withdrawl by bank transfer and it was saying that this was no longer an option for US customers. Well, he checked his account today and $2,000 dollars was taken from his account and transferred to some mysterious email address. They only left $43 dollars. No doubt in my mind this devious deed was done by Alertpay they have stay away written all over them!! thumbdown.gif
