QUOTE (muaaz @ May 18 2008, 06:33 AM) oops....that's very surprising and painful condition.
"We had to put a temporary hold on your AlertPay account for security reasons. Please contact customer support to have this hold removed"
Did you contact the admin? what was their response? AlertPay is far superior to PayPal and is very trustworth! I took the time to log on to this guy's account and a big red flag goes up about his story right off the bat! --look at his so-called company name "GLOBAL MONEY". He was involved clearly in some unsavoury money transactions and AlertPay caught it. Some victim compained, and an investigation is more than likely under way and the funds are held until it is determinded whether they were fraudulently obtained. Well, well! Looks to me AlertPay caught the scammer and not the other way around. Come on people, don't believe this guy is a victim for one moment. AlertPay should be congratulated for the fine work it has done in order to protect unsuspecting people from the scam this artist was most likely propagated. 2nd red flag was that a legitimate business would want to be verified as soon as possible and have the documentation to do so. This individual is clearly the scammer!

This individual is clearly the scammer! As quoted from AlertPay's Terms & Conditions "No E-Cash, Currency Exchangers or Aggregation. Shall not use the Services in relation to the sale of any form of e-cash, webcash, or other matter, tangible or not, that is redeemable by a Customer for a product or service from a third party, nor shall use the Services for any aggregation of payment services" AlertPay's Terms & ConditionsIt is clearly stated in the terms & conditions that we do not allow money exchange. We take this matter seriously as several of our members have contacted us due to the fact the service was never rendered to them. I am not able to reveal any information of the status of this account as it is against our terms to discuss about our member's AlertPay account. All I can say is that any account that conducts illegal activities according to our terms, undergo an investigation.
