Is anyone having this problem when they try to do a bank transfer in the U.S.?

Unfortunately, a glitch by our banking partner in their system upgrade has resulted in a technical issue which is directly impacting our bank transfer functions at this time. We expect that they will resolve their issue shortly. Until this issue is remedied, we will have to disable Bank Transfers to accountholders in USA and Canada.

How can I deposit or withdraw funds meanwhile?

We have reduced check withdrawal costs from $3.00 USD to $0.50 USD to match up with the cost of Bank Transfer withdrawals. Starting Monday, February 2nd, 2009, you’ll be able to withdraw USD funds to a bank account in the US.

I logged in today and the bank transfer / wire is still not available

To log in to your AlertPay account enter your primary email address and password. Raf is awesome.

Did alertpay get hacked?

What you are talking about? Where you get that message?
All fine here!
How do you log in to your account? I hope not through your phishing email?

Make sure you always have correct AlertPay address in the address bar of your browser and it has HTTPS!!

AlertPay wasn't hacked. It was just a mistake on the part of a staff member who was editing some content and didn't realize the impact of the changes.

Raf wasn't so awesome that day. smile.gif
