I just did a transfer from Alertpay to my checking account and it says it was completed today around 1:45pm but when i checked my bank account there
was no money deposited is this Alertpays issue or my bank?

Are you still having an issue with your withdrawal? Which withdrawal method are you using? If you've submitted a ticket you can send me the ticket ID# and I'll take a look into it. I know there were some delays last week which may have accounted for the delay.

I am just going to say that AlertPay sticks up for the little guy!!

I was nearly scammed of $500 by a program and even after the 30 day period to submit a dispute, AlertPay got my money back within 48hours..
I am very thankful to AlertPay, I really thought that money was gone..

It gives me confidence when making transactions thru AlertPay to know that if someone tries to scam you of your money.. AlertPay will be right there to help

Can we withdraw to our credit/debit cards now? I know that they had stopped the service about several months ago.

Alertpay is still the best online ecurrency. They are mailing checks out on request.

we are a big selling company and we can only say that a Alertpay is a worst payment processor. We have used them for more than 4 years and after we start recive a bigger amounts to our Alertpay account they have restricted our account and keep the money frozen. We had more than 3000 customers who have used Alertpay to purchase from us and now the most of the customers we have loose because of Alertpay.

And also we think that Alertpay dont have any reason to suspend our account as we was a Business Verified partner and send all company and personal documents to Alertpay. The reason why Alertpay have closed our account is this that we have recived to many Credit Card Chargebacks but we as a company can not control a Credit Card payments from our customers and only Alertpay can implement better security because such a things never happend by Paypal or Moneybookers and they also have a Credit Card Processing payments.

So our conclusion is that Alertpay is not a good payment processor for a big seller and for companys or individuals who recive bigger amount of money because the money in Alertpay is not safe.

Also one thing we must also say is: before Alertpay have decied to close our account they have made many reversed payments from our accounts and all the reverse payments was more than 200$ value and was older than 20 days so we lost this money also with Alertpay. Why ?? We are recive payments through Alertpay from our customers and than we shipp the items to our Customers and than after 20 days Alertpay reversed the money so we lost the money and also the goods we shipped to the customers.

When we contacted our well know customers and ask them if they get the money from Alertpay they have previous reversed from our account they told us not and never and also send us a Screen Shot of the ALertpay accoutn history. So Alertpay keeps the money and this is only what i can say scammer activity so people dont trust to Alertpay.

Anyone know when Alertpay will once again resume allowing withdrawals to our bank accounts in the US? The option is still down.

You can now deposit funds into your AlertPay account via bank transfer. Bank transfer deposits will be processed in 3-5 business days and are completely free.

To initiate a bank transfer deposit, just log in to your AlertPay account, click on the 'Deposit' tab and follow the simple steps.

This is great news for people who have been trying to get funded in their Favorite Program!

Alertpay is still not accepting credit cards at the moment, but I do hope they will soon. Many websites are now accepting other processors, like SolidTrustPay as well.

At least bank transfers seem to be on again. Let's just hope that Alertpay will allow credit cards again soon.

And yes, they are still sending checks at request. I got mine within 1-1/2 weeks.

I agree too, alertpay is not ready to become as big as paypal. They allowing the ponzi's like it bussines as usual.

Their refund policy is bad! I lost more than 500$+ lost in dispute!
