Yep...I got the same problem...at first I didn't realize it but when one of my friend told me how AP charged him higher fees...I went on checking my AP history and found they has charged me 3.9

here is what I found on their fees page.

Higher fees apply to some industries: 3.90 % + रु 28.00 INR for receiving funds.

industries ?....I have personal pro account and I ain't selling my old used briefs(which is quite popular amongst guls wink.gif) through AP...so how come I became industries ?

what kind of Industries has higher fees ?

Sent a support ticket and will see how it goes!

But i am not a happy camper with AlertPay they limited my account from 3 weeks ago and after going back and forth on eMails they removed the 10% reserve!

I wonder how they think! this is how they reward loyal customers who don't create a multiple accounts to avoid fees! Which by the way is not cheating you can have 1 personal starter account at any time! those are AP rules as far as i know!

Anyways will post here when i get a reply!

Hoping they fix that quickly!

oops.gif ...Heck I am embarrassed...btw, check your account ....I guess they are rating account as "Industries" if you are getting paid daily from various programs.

Fedzy ..You have to keep your finger cross and hope they reply to your note(usually they ignore/reply with pre-made notes).

AP new practices is to put some % hold on program like money cycler & revenue shares...this hold never gets remove and causes the program to collapse...If AP doesn't like such business ..why do you guys allow such industries in first place ?..so, you can shave all the "on-hold,blocked fund" to yourself ?

I checked my transactions and mine has not gone up... YET.
I did find this in red: Attention: You are still receiving checkout payments through a non-approved website. We are extending the review period for your website for 5 more day(s). To retain the option of using our Payment Buttons on your website, please submit your website for review. After this period, if you do not have a completed and approved Website Review, the Payment Buttons will be disabled.

I do not use an AP payment button on my website? dntknw.gif Now I'm afraid to contact support for fear they will re-rate my account... But if I do not need a payment button on my site, I guess who cares if they disable it.
