Hey LRHyip,

Thank you for asking this question. You should try to ask this directly to AlertPay's customer support team.

Nonetheless, it is a bug that has been reported to the developers at AlertPay. This week many clients are seeing many amazing changes on the AlertPay site. Many of the changes are cosmetic, but many more are functional. This process of change had started on the 12th and completed on the 15th of Feb. It took a little longer than anticipated, but from the looks of things, many 10's of thousands of clients are happy with the improvements including the ability to pay clients with your credit card.

So if you or anyone is seeing this error, please send an email to customer support to report this. I promise you that it will be looked into and fixed asap.

No, I have gotten the same thing for days now. I cannot access my account and they have not replied to my request for info about it. I was going to upgrade in a new program but have not had access to any funds. Hope they have some explanation. Does anyone else know what is going on?

What is going on is that last week a MAJOR upgrade and release happened. With a recent push from CNN and many new thousands of sign ups per day, it has been very hectic.

I experienced the error as well. I suppose it was just a temporary error due to their upgrade.
